the continental congress

In 1787, I was a member of the second continental congress. I also became a delegate to the Constitutional Convention on May 25th to September 17th, 1781. It was a meeting that took place in Philadelphia. The reason for this meeting was to talk about problems going on in the United States. I felt very responsible and important during this time because I was elected as the first president of the Senate.
